Hospitality Security

In the current series of phased ‘return measures’ to the hospitality business and public house operations after the Covid-19 lock down restrictions, we at TGS Security Specialists understand and have identified that assistance towards the safe, successful and effective management of hospitality operations is far better than to have to face the daily uncertainty of return or hindrance to any progress to be made.

The main aim for hospitality is now to prevent any return to the substantial losses of revenue (witnessed over the months of March to June) and also to guard against any unfortunate return to restrictions being re-introduced due to non-conformance and compliance during the Governments ‘phased opening’ measures. The ‘Control Measures’ announced to see a successful return to social entertainment are of course always at risk of being jeopardised by the general public’s actions and behaviour, albeit it is always the ‘minority that spoil it for the majority’. As such TGS are available to assist and support to ensure premises can operate within the measures and guidelines by taking the onus of security away from the management and staff to allow them to focus and deliver the required hospitality services professionally and to move forward.

With a proven track record and established partners such as Mitie, NHS, University of Cambridge, East Sussex County Council, TGS have been operating in support of NHS Covid-19 Operations continuously during the crisis responding immediately to NHS requests for additional security support in Trust hospital locations and Partnerships, Testing sites and back up facilities. Support continued supplying security services to assist the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) system and Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Services (HMCTS) and the many branded supermarkets operating within the effective control measures and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) processes.

TGS dedicated Licensed Premises Security and Supporting Services, (SIA licenced in both covert and overt operations), strive to maximise the effective return to successful business operations, be it at a small establishment with limited services or a larger premise with multiple access/egress points and service areas.  TGS officers are trained in control of entry and egress to premises, distancing, and line control, monitoring and accountability of number of customers on site, and any search and screening measures, including any toiletry control of entry measures anticipated.
