Management

ADHERENCE TO COMPANY POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Leaders must recognise when Company Policies and Procedures including service delivery failures, and legislation, regulation, and policy infringements are not compliant must take immediate action. Furthermore, leaders will treat any non-compliance raised by employees confidentially in accordance to our Whistleblowing Policy (QM150).

INTOLERANCE OF BULLYING AND HARRASSMENT OF STAFF

Leaders will provide a work environment in which all employees are treated with respect and dignity and that is free of harassment and bullying (QM77).

RESPECTFUL TREATMENT OF STAFF

Leaders will respect all employees regardless of seniority to create an environment in which all employees and leaders are equal and share success and failures. Leaders will also consult employees for their opinion on policy and other changes that may affect them

ETHICAL DEALINGS WITH CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONSUMERS

In order to build and maintain trust with our customers, employees and consumers, leaders will accomplish this by adherence to established internal ethical principles in our Business Ethics Policy (QM37).
