Corporate Social Responsibilities

As an organisation we are very fortunate to be in the position we are and as such it is our duty to give something back and make a positive social and environmental impact on society. Our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy ensures that we take responsibility for all aspects of our operation and in particular the environment.

Local Community Schemes

We enjoy giving something back to the local community in many ways, including:

  • Sponsoring sports teams and charity events;
  • Supporting the local emergency services in times of high demand;
  • Assisting with reduction of crime and antisocial behaviour in the local community.

We welcome all opportunities to get involved in the local community.

Our Environmental Policy

TGS Security Specialists believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner. We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operating methods. It is our priority to encourage our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same. Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; it is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care towards future generations. It is the aim of TGS Security Specialists Ltd to ensure that its operations and activities, in no way, adversely affect the environment. A commitment to continually improve environmental performance, with a view to reducing environmental impacts to levels not exceeding those corresponding to economically viable applications of best available practices and techniques, has been established by the Director.

Protecting the Public

We are committed to controlling any risks members of the public may be exposed to as a direct result of our activities.
We promise to:

  • Demand that any employee who can affect public safety is trained to an appropriate level;
  • Train all employees in anticipation of all potential emergencies;
  • Work within all current law and legislation;
  • Have prompt procedures in place for the reporting and investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses;
  • Develop procedures to minimise and deal with potentially violent incidents, assaults and vandalism;
  • Analyse daily routines to identify any weaknesses in procedures or schedules;
  • Reduce the impact of our operations on the environment.

If for any reason you feel we are not raising the standard of the security industry, we encourage you to Contact Us.
